Instill drops as instructed below, allowing 5 minutes between each of the drops:

Ciloxan (tan cap)

  • Place 1 drop in the operated eye 4 times a day for one week.

Ketorolac Tromethamine  (gray cap or label)

  • Place 1 drop in the operated eye 4 times a day until instructed otherwise by your doctor (or until the bottle is empty).  Ketorolac must be shaken prior to instillation.

Prednisolone Acetate (pink cap or label)

  • Place 1 drop in the operated eye 4 times a day until instructed otherwise by your doctor (usually 4 weeks of use).  Prednisolone must be shaken prior to instillation.

Shield

  • Tape the shield over your operated eye with the tape provided in your kit.  The shield should be worn for 2 weeks after your surgery whenever you sleep or shower.
